Ho-Hum. Don’t know how you guys did it, I guess you explain the bit about the high quality cuts of beef etc. Whatever you do, it works. Under a gas broiler, flames about 2″ away, flip it half way through. Mine took just a little longer than instructions on the package. put a little cheese on the last 15 seconds. Get a good quality bun, because this burger is worth it. Go ahead and tell the world.

Excellent flavor and consistency
I rarely eat red meat, but occasionally have a craving for a BBQ Bleu cheese burger on my little Charbroil grill. Thumbs up on these!

Inedible burgers with terrible customer service
Followed the instructions to the letter and got an apartment filled with smoke and inedible burgers. Had to open all windows during a blizzard, then deodorize every fabric in apartment. Contacted customer service 12/23/22, no reply as of 02/16/23. Awful product from a company to match.
Best frozen angus burgers
We have tried many different frozen burgers but hands down Holten’s Chop House frozen certified Angus Steak Burgers are the best, taste great ,do not shrink when made , stayed juicy, good price. Wife and I will be making them our burgers of choice for our back yard grilling partys and family meals. Finally found burgers that don’t taste like cardboard.
Not Enough of a Good Thing
I made the mushroom, Swiss burger that was juicy and flavorful. I wish it came in a half-pound burgers, so I could enjoy more of it!
