NOT ALL BURGERS ARE CREATED EQUAL
Rules have been set by the USDA to help distinguish a steak burger from a ground beef patty. Any product made with 100% subprimal sourcing (like chuck, round, rib, sirloin, etc.) can be called a steak burger, which is true for all Holten’s Chop House Steak Burgers.
Thawing is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Holten’s Chop House Steak Burgers do not require any seasoning, however, if you would like to spice it up, lightly season your burger with your favorite spices before cooking.

Using an outdoor grill (medium well instructions): Preheat gas grill to 350 degrees or until charcoal turns white. Cook the frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Using a frying pan (medium well instructions): Place the frozen patty in a preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Using a broiler (medium well instructions): Cook the frozen patty on a preheated broiler pan for 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
