INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Holten’s Chop House Certified Angus Beef Steak Burgers
  • 5 poppy seed buns
  • 5 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 package of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 white onion

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to 300 F and cook Holten’s Chop House Certified Angus Beef Steak Burgers according to the back of the box.
  2. Slice mushrooms and onions and saute them in butter or oil.
  3. Add cheese to burgers before taking them off the grill. Close the hood and allow the cheese to melt.
  4. Build your burger and enjoy!
