INGREDIENTS
- 3 CHOP HOUSE Angus Chuck Steakburgers
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 small to medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 – 3 Cups prepared Spanish Style Cauliflower Rice
- Toppings: Avocado, Sour Cream, Salsa (if desired)
DIRECTIONS
- Saute the onion and peppers in 1-2 Tbsp butter until softened and caramelized
- Heat up the Spanish Style Cauliflower Rice, or regular Spanish rice if you aren’t Keto
- Grill the CHOPHOUSE Angus Chuck Steakburgers to your desired doneness
- In a bowl, add ½ Cup cauliflower rice, top with burger, salsa, sour cream, avocado, and sliced jalapenos if desired. Add the caramelized peppers and onion
